OUR PRICES

Unfortunately, we cannot post our prices online because they are constantly being updated depending on the market trends, therefore, if you need information about our more recent prices please don’t hesitate to contact us.

TEMPORARY STORAGE

Orders processed and ready for pick up / delivery may remain stored in our facilities to a maximum of 15 days. If the customer is not able to receive nor pick up their order after 15 days, storage fees will apply.

ORDERS PLACED BY PHONE

Payment for all fees and taxes incurred by the purchase of materials and services rendered by us will be the customer’s responsibility, with the exception of taxes owed by us by law.
In case we don’t receive a order confirmation in writing before the order is scheduled to be manufactured, the customer will be responsible for the veracity of the order.
At customer’s request, we will provide an order confirmation in writing; please take note that it may delay the customer’s order for processing.

PACKAGING COSTS

Our trim is manufactured with a plastic cover for protection without an additional charge.
Extra fees will incur if the customer prefers cardboard shipping boxes.
We charge a standard price per cardboard shipping box of $45.

ORDER PICK-UP

When picking up an order at our facility, the customer is responsible for safely attaching all items to his vehicle before departure. Also, the customer should be aware if his vehicle is capable of handling his order’s size and weight. We are not liable for any damage done to a vehicle while picking up an order.

Galvatec inc. Will not be liable for any damage that may occur during the loading process, if the client does not have a reliable vehicle at the time of pick up.

Galvatec inc. Has the right to deny loading orders on un-suitable vehicle, unless the client accept and states otherwise.

SHIPPING

Please make sure you plan ahead the placement of your order to allow for unforeseeable delays caused by either product availability or the delivery carrier’s work load. We are not to be held responsible for any delays that are out of our control.

DELIVERY

RETURNS

Orders with custom specifications and any type of trims do not qualify under our return policy.
Any items qualified to be return by us, will incur a standard restocking fee, which will be calculated based on the material’s qualification for market’s resale and its present state.

ORDER CANCELLATION

After an order has been placed for manufacturing and our staff is in the process of fulfilling that order, it cannot be cancelled due to labor and material already utilized in such order.
If an order of materials we have in stock is cancelled, money will be refunded with a deduction of a restocking fee.
